Your data and privacy

What Advento reads, what it never reads, and how to get your data or delete it.

We read your orders, products, payouts, ad spend, email numbers and site visits. We never read your customers' names, emails, addresses or payment details. We never change anything in Meta, Google or Klaviyo: we only read. In Shopify we never change your orders, products or settings; we only add our privacy-safe tracking pixel, which you can remove any time.

Open Settings, then press Download my data to get everything we hold for your store.

Press Activity to see every sign in, connection, export and change your team made, with who did it and when.

An owner can press Delete this workspace in Settings to delete every number Advento holds for the store at once. Type the workspace name to confirm. It cannot be undone, so download your data first if you want a copy.

If you close your Shopify store or uninstall Advento, Shopify tells us and we delete your data under its mandatory privacy rules.
