Email: flows and campaigns

See what your automated emails (flows) and one-off sends (campaigns) bring in from Klaviyo.

1. Open Email. The tiles show Email made, Delivered, Open rate, Click rate, Bounce rate, Unsubscribes and Share of sales.
2. The Email sales per day chart splits Flows and Campaigns. The Deliverability chart shows Open rate, Click rate and Bounce rate over time.
3. Switch between the Flows and Campaigns views above the table.
4. Flows shows Status, Recipients, Opens, Clicks, Email sales and Sales per recipient for each flow.
5. Campaigns shows Send date, Recipients, Open rate, Click rate and Sales for each campaign.

Climbing bounces can get your sending blocked, so Bounce rate turns red if it goes up.
