Connections: history, coverage and fixing one

Every source Advento reads, in one place, with how much history we have and anything that needs you.

1. Open Connections. The bar at the top shows how many of your sources are connected.
2. Each source shows a status badge: Connected, Needs you, Not connected, or Coming soon.
3. Under a connected account, the coverage line shows how many days of history we have, and if there is a gap. The history line shows how far back we have read, and if we are still reading older history.
4. If a source says Needs you, press Fix it and sign in again.
5. Press Disconnect to stop reading a source. We delete our key to it at once; numbers already read stay.
6. For a source not yet built, press Tell me when under Coming later.

To remove a Shopify store, uninstall Advento from that store's Shopify admin.
